We offer all classes of FAA flight physicals by appointment only. We try to accommodate your schedule requests when possible. If you should get our voicemail when you call, please leave your contact information and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
We accept major credit cards, cash and checks. We are not contracted with any health care insurance. Typically, health insurance companies will not reimburse for the cost of a flight physical. Payment is due at the time of service.
Standard exam fees are start at $150 for straight forward exam. Special Issuances may be substantially higher depending on the complexity. SUU students will get a discount rate of $125. Presently we are not doing the BasicMed exams.
Attention Pilots: The FAA 8500-8 form must be electronically filled out and submitted online as of October 2012. The website is https://medxpress.faa.gov. The first time you use the site, you need to request an account and a password will be emailed to you. Use this to enter the site, fill out the form and SUBMIT it. You will receive a confirmation number which you need to bring to the appointment so that your information can be imported and your medical certificate printed. The form can be filled out up to 60 days prior to your appointment.
